Back again!

Debbie and I made our escape from the local hospital last night and today I was up and around, although I needed a lot of help. It was great to get back to therapy, and I had some stretching this morning. My leg muscles were really tight and the inactivity had been causing a lot of spasms in them. I lost some of the mobility on my arm, but hopefully I can get that back (and more) soon. This afternoon I was on the CPM machine for an hour and that was it for the day; I had to get back in bed for a bit. My goal is to be good enough by the weekend so I can go home and try the overnight stay, which we were supposed to do this past weekend. As of now I need help to even transfer into the chair, so I've got a lot of work to do.

    Let the home stays begin...

  2. You're a total rock star!

We riders know (in good measure because of you) how any one of us might find ourselves in your spot someday.

Thanks for showing us how a mensch deals with it.

  3. Hey Trev,

What a relief to read you're back.

Do try and pace yourself! You've demonstrated incredible stamina, I just hope you don't try too much too soon!

    Keep talking to us!
