Last week we went kayaking for the first time ever. It was part of the Outdoor Adventures program at Casa Colina, the same group I went sailing with when I was at the Casa. The kayaking was at the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area near Irwindale, which has a small lake with loads of birds around. Both Debbie and I had a great day in the kayaks, and it's something we'll definitely look into doing again.
Wowzers Dude that's a GREAT upper body workout! Those sticks needed some sun too... ;-)
