PT Session: Balancing Act I

I made a big improvement in my balance today. I sat up for almost 30 seconds. It’s a small step I know, but the road to recovery is traveled with these types of small steps.

    That's great Tre-vee (is that how Eric says it?) I think you already have me beat. I'm never up for 30 seconds! :-)

    And don't worry about the small steps. Slow and steady wins the race.
