The Day After

Nothing I did today could match the great day I had yesterday, but it was a good day nonetheless. My cold is pretty much gone, and the buzz from yesterday let me increase all my weights at the gym without any trouble. The trip home makes me even more motivated to finish up here at the Casa as soon as possible, and I'm working even harder toward the goal of being totally independent when I leave. It's within reach now, and it won't be long.

  1. I'm sure someone else has said so already, but I hope you will collect these experiences, photos & memories into a book at some point later on. You never know who it might inspire, or what they could be inspired to achieve.

  3. Andrew, you have been in my thoughts and prayers for months now. The work you are doing in therapy is an inspiration. EM me when you have a moment to write. I have a great lunch offer for you. John (formerly of APE) - jnavedez@gmail.com

  4. Andrew and Deb,

Yesterday's post and the uplifting video were great to see, thanks so much for taking the time to put things together and share those magic moments of visiting your new home. What a major step for both of you and thanks for sharing with the rest of us.

The video and music were great but the most inspiring was seeing that huge Trevitt smile on your face. Now that's a SMILE!

I don't doubt that the visit home provided the inspiriation to up your weights. I can see it now:

    Keep up the great work!

  5. Andrew, Deb,

I haven't posted in a while but I've been visiting this blog almost daily. Uplifting and inspirational barely describe how your dedication motivates me, and how it makes the minor everyday hurdles I must overcome seem insignificant . You two have something special going, glad to see you're on the final stretch.
