A little lunch using the good paw.
All is well on the surgery recovery front. Andrew can move his left fingers, wrist and elbow now that the nerve block has worn off. He seems very content so I assume the pain meds are working their magic. Release date is set for tomorrow at noon depending on Doctor’s orders. We are expecting it will take another 4 to 6 weeks to complete the rehab process. Rest up mister, I see fall recovery in your future.
glad to hear surgery went well and the drugs are working as well. that nerve block is pretty cool isn't it. i had kneed surgery on Wed and they did a nerve block on me as well. i felt no pain for 12 hrs after surgery. hope recovery goes smoothly and rehab continues well. also, good to see your columns in SR still.

Hey, took the kiddo to the Drag Racing at Irwindale last night. Pretty fun for a 4 year old and lots of interesting characters roaming around. :)
