My exit from the Casa has been delayed for a day as I've got some stomach troubles and the staff doctor wants to make sure I'm in good shape before I go. I think it's all sorted out now, so we're on track for tomorrow (Saturday) morning to leave. The wait did give me a chance for more therapy, so we practiced the car transfer and curbs, and Debbie had a go at transferring me into the chair (in case I'm sick and can't do it myself someday). She did great for a first attempt.
Not sure how much sleep I'll get tonight, but I can't wait for tomorrow morning.
