Finally!

This week I've had a noticeable improvement in my elbow, which has in turn made some things easier. A while ago I got a Dynasplint to wear at night. It puts constant pressure on the elbow, basically forcing it to bend. I've gradually been adjusting it for more force as I've been getting used to it, and my elbow has gained a few degrees of flexion just in the last couple of weeks. It had been stuck for a while, but I think finally it's making some headway. That little bit extra has made fall recovery a lot easier, and on Monday in therapy I got down onto the ground and back in my chair, twice, with almost no help. I'm super happy with that. The only downside is it's been getting pretty sore, but it's well worth it.
