30-95-133
These are the important numbers for me right now. My elbow gets measured for extension and flexion every couple of days; at last check, the extension was at 30 degrees and the flexion was at 95 degrees. Both are a few degrees better than they were last week, and I can adjust the CPM machine a couple of turns in each direction every morning, so definite progress is being made.
The last number, 133, is how much I weighed last Monday. That's just a few pounds less than I weighed BT (Before Tipover) so I'm really close there. I'm eating well at the cafeteria, so hopefully I don't overshoot and pudge out too much!

Hey Andrew,
ReplyDeleteI'm just a lowly reader, but I've always enjoyed what you had to say in the magazines. I only heard about your accident last night, but I tracked down your blog and read it start to finish just now. It seems like you are taking things in stride, and I wish you best of luck with the rest of your recovery and moving on in your life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Hi AT!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad the elbow is getting better. You always give 110% so I'm not surprised that you're making such good progress. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you and Deb soon.
Love,
Laura
P.S. My dog weighs more than you... Mojo weighed in today at 137 lbs.!
