30-95-133

These are the important numbers for me right now. My elbow gets measured for extension and flexion every couple of days; at last check, the extension was at 30 degrees and the flexion was at 95 degrees. Both are a few degrees better than they were last week, and I can adjust the CPM machine a couple of turns in each direction every morning, so definite progress is being made.

The last number, 133, is how much I weighed last Monday. That's just a few pounds less than I weighed BT (Before Tipover) so I'm really close there. I'm eating well at the cafeteria, so hopefully I don't overshoot and pudge out too much!

  3. Hey Andrew,
I'm just a lowly reader, but I've always enjoyed what you had to say in the magazines. I only heard about your accident last night, but I tracked down your blog and read it start to finish just now. It seems like you are taking things in stride, and I wish you best of luck with the rest of your recovery and moving on in your life. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

  4. Hi AT!
I am so glad the elbow is getting better. You always give 110% so I'm not surprised that you're making such good progress. Keep up the good work and I hope to see you and Deb soon.

    Love,
    Laura

P.S. My dog weighs more than you... Mojo weighed in today at 137 lbs.!
