Abilities expo

It's been forever since my last post, but it's not for lack of things happening. Between doctors' appointments and work I've been quite busy in the last couple of weeks. Today we went to the Abilites Expo, which is a trade show for all kinds of things associated with having disabilities. We went specifically to see about handcycles and a couple of therapy items that I still need, and it was a productive trip - although I didn't see as many handcycles as I would have liked to.

The expo was in the L.A. Convention Center downtown, and it was quite ironic that the show was on the second floor and there was only one elevator. Needless to say, there was quite a line to go up or down. I got frustrated after just a few minutes wait and we went up the escalator. Woohoo!

  6. I can see it now-
Andrew in the bungee harness at the top of the tower, all that'd be needed is a quick shove...

I'm sure there would be a resounding response to a reader raffle for the honor of pushing off the precipice!~?
